Prior to Groove, Guerchon has held executive HR roles at numerous fast-growing technology companies, including Volansi, Okta, IKON, and Riverbed Technology. As chief human resource officer at Riverbed Technology, he helped lead the organization through its IPO and rapid growth in revenue from $2 million to $1.2 billion and employee growth from 60 to more than 2,800 FTEs.
