Bordoli Brings Expertise in Marketing Technology and B2B Strategy to RollWorks B2B Business Unit

RollWorks, a division of AdRoll Group, announced that former Marketo executive Robin Bordoli will become president of the division beginning. Bordoli joins RollWorks with over 10 years of executive-level leadership and B2B marketing and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) expertise.

As president, Bordoli will be responsible for the overall strategic direction of RollWorks and driving sales and product development goals for the account-based platform. CEO of AdRoll Group, Toby Gabriner, has served as acting RollWorks president since early 2018. He will continue in his role as CEO, focusing on maintaining momentum within the RollWorks and AdRoll business units, identifying new trends in the constantly evolving B2B and B2C marketing industries, and continuing to meet each customer’s unique needs through AdRoll Group’s data-driven marketing technology.

“I am delighted to be joining RollWorks and working with the talented team Toby has assembled and grown over the past year,” said Bordoli. “RollWorks has the opportunity to lead the account-based marketing category by helping customers identify and engage the accounts that matter most to them. RollWorks builds on AdRoll Group’s proven technology, machine learning, and intent data capabilities to give ambitious marketers a platform to increase revenue for their sales teams. Following the recent Growlabs acquisition, I see opportunity to build on this momentum and strengthen RollWorks’ B2B offering with Growlabs’ powerful data asset to position the business unit for continued growth.”

Before joining RollWorks, Bordoli served as the CEO of Figure Eight (previously CrowdFlower), a human-in-the-loop machine learning and artificial intelligence firm based out of San Francisco. There, he successfully raised $30 million in new investment capital, transformed the business model to become a SaaS provider, and grew the company’s customer base fivefold.

Bordoli also brings experience as general manager and vice president at Marketo, where he launched Marketo’s first business unit and expanded the company’s addressable market beyond B2B to B2C. Prior to Marketo, he held leadership positions at Jive Software and Yahoo.
