FinancialForce scored significantly higher than its peers in areas such as user experience, fast time to value, ease of implementation, geographic reach, and availability of training.

IDC’s customer satisfaction award program, the IDC SaaS CSAT Awards, recognizes vendors in each application market who receive the highest customer satisfaction scores based on IDC’s SaaSPath surveys. As part of the evaluation process, customers were asked to rate their vendor on more than 30 different customer satisfaction metrics. The overall outcome included responses from approximately 2,100 organizations across all geographic regions and company sizes. All survey respondents undertook an extensive screening process to ensure they are familiar with the technologies they were asked about, are current users, and have influence in their company’s technology buying decisions.
