Anyscale Appoints Rich Hoyland Head Of Sales
Former DataRobot, IBM Executive Joins Anyscale to Accelerate Business Development
Anyscale, a company enabling instant scaling of AI applications, today announced the appointment of Rich Hoyland as head of sales. In this role, Hoyland will lead sales and business development efforts for the Anyscale platform, a fully managed platform for the open source distributed computing project Ray. Hoyland will report to Executive Chairman and President Ion Stoica.

Hoyland brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience to Anyscale, previously serving as chief revenue officer at DataRobot, where he scaled annual recurring revenue from 0 to over $100 million. Hoyland’s deep experience building high-performing sales teams will enable Anyscale to accelerate revenue growth and develop strategies to address the company’s large market opportunity.
