The Dine-in Mobile Ordering solution empowers restaurant guests to order and pay on their own device using Commerce Cloud. Mad Mobile technology connects Commerce Cloud to a restaurant’s point-of-sale system in real-time, enabling guests to view the local menu, order, and pay directly.
While other solutions require restaurants to duplicate their menu in another system, the Mad Mobile solution automatically presents guests with the menu, pricing, and item availability for that specific restaurant directly from the POS. Furthermore, servers or runners can view guest orders on mobile devices and add items to open orders as needed so guests and servers/runners are always in sync.
According to statistics released by Datassential, 87% of diners prefer the idea of having contactless payment options in the restaurant while two-thirds of all digital orders are on mobile devices today. Further emphasizing the importance of offering mobile ordering options.
