Welcome to the Eventbrite App Marketplace and Our New Partners: Constant Contact, Gift Up!, Lennd, and Prism

Eventbrite Unveils 2020 "Inside Look Report," Comprehensive Study on Human Connection Amidst a World of Online Experiences

We’re unveiling the Eventbrite App Marketplace, the next iteration of what we formerly called Eventbrite Spectrum. With a brand new look and feel, the Eventbrite App Marketplace was reimagined to make it even easier for event creators to find and leverage 100+ trusted apps to help them save time, run events more efficiently, and, ultimately, sell more tickets.

More specifically, beyond the fresh coat of paint, the interface has been re-designed to be easier for creators to discover apps, and the revamped documentation and guides help make it faster and easier for developers to build with us. The beauty of the Eventbrite App Marketplace is that all of the apps play seamlessly with Eventbrite’s platform, connecting with the simple click of a button. This means that creators have the power to extend and tailor the functionality of the Eventbrite platform to suit the specific needs of their business.

Matt Whitlock from Northern Nights Music Festival comments: “Our festival has been around for seven years, and during that time we’ve made great use of the apps that integrate with Eventbrite. Apps like Mailchimp Sync, ToneDen, and Social Ladder’s Ambassador Program are highly valuable tools that help us both broaden the reach of Northern Nights Music Festival with attendees, and throw a successful event from start to finish.”

To unearth and deliver the best solutions we work closely with our diverse community of partners, developers, and creators to build a more adaptable and powerful global ticketing and event technology platform. Adding to an already solid lineup of leading software partners and platforms like HubSpot for marketing, sales, and service software, SurveyMonkey for collecting feedback, and ToneDen for automated social marketing; We’re excited to welcome four new app partners:

  • Constant Contact: Constant Contact makes it easy for creators to build professional emails to promote events, track registrations, send follow-up emails, and import registrants as email contacts. Creators can also easily add event content to any email template with a simple drag-and-drop tool and can seamlessly transfer contacts from Eventbrite to Constant Contact.
  • Gift Up!: Gift Up! is a simple way for creators to sell gift cards on their own website for events listed on Eventbrite. With this integration, the Gift Up! app automatically tracks and syncs the sold gift cards as discount coupons in a creator’s Eventbrite account and the result is an easy gift card purchase process for the gift-giver, and a simple experience for the receiver.
  • Lennd: Lennd is an event management platform for festival creators that manages credentials and ticket requests for vendors, sponsors, artists, media, and staff. With this integration, creators can quickly spin up forms to facilitate requests and approvals for event access and sync the collected data into Eventbrite.
  • Prism: Prism is committed to simplifying the complex process of booking live music and comedy shows, managing rooms, and routing tours with one source of truth so event creators can be more efficient and successful. With this integration, Prism helps bring various pieces of event management into a single, consolidated system all within Eventbrite.

Eventbrite continues to invest in the platform to make it as easy and as simple as possible for partners and developers to build with Eventbrite.

Adrian Taveras from Prism shares: “I evaluate numerous integration opportunities throughout the live music technology space. Our experience with Eventbrite’s API and Eventbrite’s partner program has been best-in-class. The API is incredibly well-documented and robust which has enabled us to deploy our deepest integration to date with a ticketing partner. I often reference Eventbrite’s API to new partners developing new endpoints.”

This is just the beginning for the Eventbrite App Marketplace. There will be more to share as we continue to build it out to further extend the power of the Eventbrite platform.
