SirionLabs’ CLM platform is recognized as a leader by Spend Matters in the ninth consecutive report

SirionLabs, the leader in AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM) technology, today announced that it has again been positioned as a “Value Leader” in Spend Matters’ Spring 2022 SolutionMap for CLM vendors. Value Leader is the highest designation in the analysis, indicating both high customer and analyst scores.

Spend Matters’ SolutionMap is a definitive procurement technology benchmark due to the depth of analyst assessments, quantity of real-life customer inputs, and frequency of release to accurately reflect vendor updates at the speed of the market. Since its launch five years ago, more than 270,000 procurement professionals have consulted the SolutionMap rankings to make their technology decisions across various categories.

Spend Matters assesses companies in three personas based on customer size—SME, Mid-size, and Large—and sixteen companies in total were evaluated for CLM. SirionLabs was ranked as a Value Leader in both the Mid-size (revenues $100M-$1B/year) and Large (revenues >$1B/year) personas, standing out especially for its analyst scores in the latter.

“Our consistent leadership position in Spend Matters’ CLM SolutionMap is testament to the enduring value we provide to a growing list of the world’s most recognized companies,” said Ajay Agrawal, CEO and founder of SirionLabs. “The SirionOne platform’s ability to manage the entire contract lifecycle from ingesting legacy contracts to post-award performance management is reflected in high marks from customers and analysts in the SolutionMap report.”

Trusted by more than 200 industry-leading organizations including Vodafone, The Bank of New York Mellon, and Unilever, SirionLabs’ platform harnesses the power of artificial intelligence technology to streamline the complete contracting lifecycle—from contract authoring and portfolio risk management to ongoing performance and compliance management—for all types of enterprise contracts. By enabling fast and accurate insights across the contracting process, SirionLabs allows organizations to improve business performance, mitigate risk, and strengthen customer and supplier relationships.

“The real advantage of using the persona-based SolutionMap approach in CLM is the ability to map market segments individually to your own organizational requirements, wants and needs,” said Pierre Mitchell, Chief Research Officer at Spend Matters. “If you only need basic buy-side CLM support as part of a broader procurement suite, there’s one set of plentiful options. If you want deeper enterprise CLM, that requires other options. And if you want to push the boundary and have the solution actually help you diagnose and improve the contract language itself (e.g., using AI), then only a few providers are rising to the top to seize this emerging opportunity.”

This announcement adds to SirionLabs’ impressive list of analyst recognitions. In 2021, SirionLabs was ranked a Leader in the Forrester Wave for CLM, positioned as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for CLM for the second year in a row, and was named a Leader in IDC MarketScape for Buy-Side CLM Applications as well as the IDC MarketScape for CLM Software for Corporate Legal. SirionLabs was also ranked as one of the fastest growing companies in North America on Deloitte’s 2021 Technology Fast 500™ list, named on Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list and certified as a Great Place to Work.
