Semrush Expands Board of Directors, Announces Appointment of Trynka Shineman
Semrush, a leading online visibility management and content marketing SaaS platform, has expanded its Board of Directors with the appointment of Trynka Shineman as an independent non-executive director.

Trynka Shineman has served in various senior executive and non-executive roles for companies in the online services and marketing space. She is currently a non-executive director on the boards of TripAdvisor and Ally Financial Inc., as well as a trustee of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council. Trynka served in leadership roles at Vistaprint from 2004 to 2019, most recently as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. She earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Psychology from Cornell University.
