PROS Invests in Customer Success to Further Fuel SaaS Growth

Global expert Jill Sawatzky brings laser focus on value attainment from PROS investments; capitalizes on culture of customer success to define next-generation of advocacy

PROS, a provider of AI-powered solutions that optimize selling in the digital economy, announced that Jill Sawatzky, a globally recognized customer success expert, has joined the company as Vice President of Customer Success – a critical role that will accelerate customers’ successful adoption of PROS solutions, and further support the company’s growth.

With over 20 years of customer-focused information technology experience, Sawatzky in her new role will define a next-generation department responsible for ensuring customers achieve value from their PROS investments at each stage of their journey with PROS. Additionally, Sawatzky will build a global team dedicated to the ongoing customer partnerships required to ensure full adoption of PROS SaaS solutions.
