The Finnish startup turns employee and customer networks into a measurable growth engine, making warm introductions scalable. With the new funding, Homie is launching to help B2B teams build pipeline through trusted relationships, not cold outreach.
Homie, a Finnish startup helping B2B companies generate revenue through warm introductions, has raised €1 million in pre-seed funding led by Superhero Capital, with participation from Antler. The round coincides with the company’s official launch, making its network-led growth platform available to sales teams globally. Built for teams tired of being ghosted and for buyers fed up with being bombarded by automated outbound emails, Homie connects salespeople with decision-makers through verified relationships in their existing networks. Already trusted by teams at Revenue Hero, Lorikeet, and Circuit.ai, the platform is used by more than 250 companies to turn relationships into measurable revenue channels. The company will use the capital to expand across Europe and North America and deepen integrations with leading CRM and sales tools. Founded in 2024 through Antler’s founder residency in Helsinki, Homie was built on the realization that most sales teams still rely on cold outreach, a model that automation has only made noisier. Instead of flooding inboxes with AI-generated messages, the platform helps B2B teams uncover and activate warm relationship paths hidden inside their existing networks, turning employees, customers, and investors into sources of qualified introductions. We built Homie to prove that trust scales better than noise. When teams use the networks they already have, growth stops feeling like a numbers game and starts feeling like a conversation,” said Markku Vuorinen, CEO and Co-Founder of Homie. “Maybe it takes a few Finns to remind the world that silence can be powerful. You don’t have to shout to be heard.” The rise of AI-driven sales tools has made it easier than ever to reach prospects, and just as easy to ignore them. Despite billions poured into automation, the average B2B cold-email reply rate is steadily declining, leaving sales teams chasing volume instead of building trust. Homie positions itself within that shift: instead of scaling messages, it scales relationships, offering a measurable way to turn real-world connections into growth. “There’s been plenty of hype around using AI in sales, but not much meaningful progress,” said Juha Ruohonen, General Partner at Superhero Capital. “Most teams ended up automating noise instead of trust, and amplifying quantity over quality. Homie takes a quieter, smarter approach, using technology to make real connections scalable. That’s the shift the market has been waiting for.” The team sees this funding not just as fuel for growth, but as a chance to reframe what effective selling looks like in the post-AI era. As automation saturates every channel, Homie is betting that authenticity – not volume – will define the next decade of business relationships.
