Erik Frieberg brings more than 25 years of marketing, sales and product experience for both software startups as well as large enterprise software companies and he has significant knowledge in web and cloud infrastructure, application development, open source, and security software. Currently, Erik is SVP of Marketing at Pantheon where he leads all marketing activities. Previously, he held CMO roles at MongoDB, Puppet and Solo.io where he built the GTM organization for high growth organizations. Erik has also led marketing organizations at VMware where he was SVP of Cloud, Product and Integrated Marketing at VMware. He holds advanced degrees from Stanford and MIT and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
