Otter.ai Appoints Kenny Scannell as Chief Revenue Officer to Accelerate Global Growth and Enterprise Adoption of AI

Otter.ai, a leader in AI-powered productivity and conversation intelligence, announced the appointment of Kenny Scannell as Chief Revenue Officer.

In this role, Scannell will lead Otter’s global go-to-market strategy across sales, partnerships, demand generation, and customer success as the company continues to scale its enterprise presence and expand the role of AI in how organizations capture, connect, and activate knowledge from conversations.

Kenny joins at a time of strong momentum and will play a pivotal role in accelerating Otter’s next phase of growth. He brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling global revenue organizations at high-growth SaaS companies. Most recently, Scannell served as SVP of Global Sales at Rocketlane, tripling year-over-year growth while expanding enterprise adoption of the platform.

Prior to Rocketlane, Scannell was a GM at Zoom, overseeing the company’s Marketing Solutions product lines including Zoom Webinars and Zoom Events, and contributing to the go-to-market strategy for emerging AI-driven offerings. He has also held senior leadership roles at Klaviyo, ON24, and Citrix, where he built high-performing teams and helped scale enterprise growth across global markets.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Kenny will lead the expansion and scaling of Otter’s go-to-market strategy, positioning the company for continued global expansion.
