As the company enters this next chapter, ClickUp is bolstering its leadership team with six key executive hires and appointees, bringing deep experience in scaling hyper growth companies to $1B+ ARR and beyond.

“Most companies plateau around this stage. We’re choosing re-acceleration,” said Gaurav Agarwal, COO of ClickUp. “We’re building a smarter, more durable growth engine—one that’s capable of scaling us into the billion-dollar ARR club. These leaders are critical to that mission.”

Greg Such joins as Global VP of Growth, responsible for leading ClickUp’s fast-scaling Self-Serve revenue engine. Greg previously helped scale Klaviyo from $350M to $1.3B in ARR and led growth at SoFi through IPO. As a full-stack growth operator, he will oversee acquisition, growth product, lifecycle, and SEO.

Jeff de Ruyter joins as Global VP & GM of Enterprise and Partnerships, leading ClickUp’s upmarket and strategic accounts business. Jeff helped scale Smartsheet from ~$65M to $1B+ in ARR and brings proven expertise in building enterprise-grade sales motions. At ClickUp, he’ll lead the expansion of the company’s enterprise business and partnership ecosystem.

Art Harding joins as Global VP of Operations & Strategy, where he will oversee GTM operations, enablement, and systems. With leadership roles at New Relic, Riverbed, People.ai, and Tapcart, Art brings a deep understanding of scaling complex GTM organizations. He’ll focus on transforming ClickUp’s high-velocity model into a repeatable and durable GTM system.

Kyle Coleman joins as the Global VP of Marketing, responsible for leading marketing efforts to accelerate ClickUp’s sales motion. Kyle previously helped scale Looker from $0 to $100m+ in ARR (eventually acquired by Google for $2.6B), and helped 8x Clari’s ARR as CMO. He’ll focus on building scalable pipeline generation programs as well as solidifying ClickUp as a leading AI company.

Mike Dean joins as Senior VP of Accounting, where he’ll oversee the accounting, tax and internal controls functions. Prior to ClickUp, Mike was Corporate Controller of Amplitude, overseeing their initial public offering and the transition from operating as a private to a public company. He’ll focus on creating the same operational maturity and governance for ClickUp.

Mike Williams joins as the Audit Committee Chair, helping ClickUp scale into their next enterprise chapter. Former Audit Director at KPMG, Mike served as CFO, board member and senior finance leadership roles at multiple tech companies, with a focus on operational discipline, technical accounting, and financial transformation.

These hires mark a strategic investment in ClickUp’s next chapter, with the company continuing to lead the market through platform convergence, AI-powered workflows, and going upmarket.
