Industry Leaders Cvent and Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Extend Long-Standing Strategic Partnership

Multi-year agreement further expands Cvent’s global partnership with MPI & highlights MPI’s continued commitment to connect the global meeting and event community through engaging experiences

Cvent, a market-leading meetings, events and hospitality technology provider, and Meeting Professionals International (MPI), the largest global meeting and event industry association, announced the extension of their strategic partnership through 2024. Together, Cvent and MPI will continue to deliver educational opportunities and thought leadership content to MPI’s global community of more than 60,000 meeting and event professionals. In addition, Cvent’s technology will be used to provide personalized, engaging experiences across MPI events, including its signature events, MPI World Education Congress (WEC) and the European Meetings and Events Conference (EMEC).

Through the partnership, MPI will leverage Cvent’s event marketing and management platform, including event registration, mobile event apps, onsite solutions, speaker & exhibitor management, and more. By utilizing Cvent technology, MPI leaders can more efficiently and effectively market and manage their events, increase membership engagement, and grow overall event impact. In addition, MPI’s nearly 70-chapter organizations get preferred access to Cvent’s technology with additional benefits for individual chapter members, including exclusive Cvent Certification and training opportunities.
