The company’s inaugural summit explored the theme “Learn, Accelerate, and Grow” with over 10 Masterclass Sessions now available on-demand.

SalesIntel held their inaugural Annual Summit on October 13-14, 2021. The summit this year focused on the theme Learn, Accelerate, and Grow.

Within this theme, speakers discussed many diverse ideas, including how to learn from the Covid-19 pandemic and grow your company despite adversity and rethinking how we measure success in sales. Keynote speaker and CEO of Vengreso, Mario Martinez, delivered his address on the three most important reasons companies fall short of hitting their quota and what they can do to fix it.

Other sales and marketing sessions focused on supporting businesses as they close the final quarter of the year and proposed ways for companies to launch into financial success in 2022. In a session on the factors that industry leaders project will impact sales year, participants had the chance to connect with a panel of three industry visionaries: Garth Moulton, Co-Founder of Jigsaw (acquired by Salesforce) and current SVP of the business division at Pipl; Jill Rowley, Advisor, Account-Based Marketing pioneer and former CGO at Marketo; and Richard Brasser, a partner at Boston Consulting Group. Their wisdom will help the participants adapt their sales techniques to the dynamic post Covid-19 sales world.

In addition to covering B2B Data Trends that will affect Q4 sales, the summit provided a framework for companies to monitor growth as they scale. The session, Growth: The Most Important KPIs to Scale Your Business, drew on the wisdom of four experts to advise companies on which key performance indicators (KPIs) are most instructive as you grow your business. The panelists included Haniel Lynn, the CEO of Kastle Systems; Mike Levy, the CEO and co-founder of TitanHouse; Jake Dunlap, the CEO and founder of Skaled; and Mark Kosoglow, the vice president of sales at Outreach.
