The awards, spanning over ten categories, include:

  • “Overall Leader” in online reputation management, local SEO, enterprise feedback management, local listing management, live chat, local marketing, mobile marketing and SMS marketing.
  • “Leader in Mid-market and Enterprise” in a combined seven categories which include online reputation management, local SEO, enterprise feedback management, local listing management, live chat, local marketing SMS marketing.
  • “Leader in Small business” in online reputation management, local SEO, live chat, local marketing, SMS marketing and local listings management.
