Fukuma will spearhead Japan’s strategic initiatives in Japan, beginning with the launch of Xactly’s Forecasting solution.

Fukuma has been at the forefront of B2B IT sales for more than 20 years, most recently at VMware. He led the growth of their Japanese subsidiary, managing a significant portion of company-wide sales. He has been instrumental in managing large-scale sales organizations and optimizing sales performance, from strategy and planning to execution.

Soichiro Fukuma’s leadership will be complemented by Erik W. Charles, Xactly’s Chief Evangelist who will lead business operations for Japan. Charles first joined Xactly in June of 2011 and has experience in sales, business development, product marketing, event management, partner marketing, and analyst relations. In this new role, he will support Xactly’s partner, Japan Cloud, with operationalizing Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
