QLess Announces Strong Growth, Record New Customer Deals and Two Board Appointments

AI-driven mobile queue management platform selected by more than 500 government agencies, retailers and financial institutions across the globe

QLess, a leading provider of digital line management solutions, today announced the appointment of Sam Kamel and John Kennedy to its Board of Directors. The addition of Kamel and Kennedy marks a significant year of growth for QLess. COVID-19 health and safety measures have accelerated demand for the company’s customer interaction management (CIM) tool, which virtually eliminates the need for lines, particularly in the retail, financial services, higher education, and government services industries. Through a dedicated online portal and mobile interface, QLess supports virtual check-ins with real-time SMS updates about wait times.
