Kibo Named a Strong Performer In eCommerce Report by Independent Research Firm

Kibo announced that the company has been named a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: B2C Commerce Suites Q2 2020. The report identified the 10 most significant B2C commerce suites and researched, analyzed, and scored them for the report. Forrester notes that, “This report shows how each provider measures up and helps eBusiness and channel strategy professionals select the right one for their needs.”

Forrester notes that B2C merchants are looking for simplicity, unity, efficiency and choice. As headless solutions become more popular, more merchants are looking for vendor partners that “do more to manage a rapidly evolving market.” This statement is more relevant now than ever before, with the extreme market conditions brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, forcing B2C merchants to pivot their ecommerce businesses extensively.
