Tray.io Appoints Two New VPs to Extend Leadership in Low-code Automation

Tray.io’s expanded leadership team, chosen for Tier 1 SaaS experience, will accelerate mainstream adoption of its General Automation Platform

Tray.io, whose General Automation Platform gives Citizen Automators in any business role the power to build enterprise-class integrations and automations themselves in a low-code environment, today announced that Deborah Silberman joined as VP of Global Business Operations and Brian Mes joined as VP of Sales Engineering. Silberman brings nearly 20 years of extensive knowledge about revenue operations, forecasting, and pipeline management. Mes joins the company with over 15 years of experience in leading technical sales enablement across the entire sales cycle at some of the industry’s most successful and fast-growing SaaS vendors. Tray.io’s newest hires will help the company continue to lead the low-code automation movement to empower business users across the organization to do more, faster.

Prior to joining Tray.io, Silberman led sales operations at leading technology ISVs including MobileIron (NASDAQ: MOBL) and most recently at Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP) where, as VP of Global Sales Operations, she worked cross-functionally with other departments to improve overall Quote-to-Cash processes and implemented the sales team’s stage methodology and forecasting via automation to quadruple the company’s ARR in four years. At Tray.io, Silberman will be responsible for leading the company’s global revenue and business operations team.

Most recently, Mes led the sales engineering organization at Pendo.io as its VP of Sales Engineering, where he helped the company build its valuation. He also headed solution consulting and regional sales at Zendesk (NYSE: ZEN) and contributed to increasing that company’s valuation from $28M to $430M in five years. He will lead Tray.io’s sales engineering practice in partnership with its sales organization.
