Louisnord comes to EasyVista having published hundreds of articles in leading industry publications and as an experienced speaker for numerous ITSM events, conferences, and webinars.
Previously, Louisnord served in leadership roles with TOPdesk USA and TOPdesk Belgium, Daffodil Consulting, and BMC Software. In addition to her expansive experience in the B2B software industry, she has a proven record of creating and executing digital marketing strategies and improving the customer service experience.
