The unified GO and CCS suite of offerings delivers value for clients by supplementing and strengthening their in-house agency capabilities and by establishing an end-to-end external creative services support system. The group is focused on innovative delivery of creative services, production design, and digital storytelling and offers around-the-clock support.

Kiran Shankar, previously responsible for the delivery of RRD’s Global Outsourcing offering, will lead the RRD GO Creative team. Shankar has been with RRD for over 20 years and has deep operational expertise across creative production, global operations, and developing innovative new digital solutions. Andrew Lewkowicz, Senior Vice President and Managing Director will lead the North American sales and operations platform, and Kaushik Sarawgi, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, will lead the Asia Pacific sales and operations platform for the newly formed group.
