Any provider can sign up to use Zocdoc’s Video Service, powered by Twilio, to facilitate all of their virtual appointments — whether their patients schedule a video visit through Zocdoc or not.

Twilio has seen a surge in usage across the platform in response to COVID-19, including a more than 850% increase in peak concurrent participants on its video products and a more than 500% increase in daily video minutes compared with pre-February levels. Usage of Twilio’s platform across its healthcare customers is up more than 90% since its February pre-COVID-19 averages.
