Marketing veteran brings experience from three successful IPOs to accelerate growth of AI infrastructure company
You.com, the leading composable AI infrastructure for enterprises, announced the appointment of Kady Srinivasan as its Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, she will lead global marketing efforts to drive the company’s next phase of growth as it scales its APIs and enterprise AI solutions.
Srinivasan brings nearly two decades of marketing leadership experience and a background in software engineering, with a proven track record of guiding companies through pivotal growth phases. She has helped put three companies on the path to successful IPOs—Dropbox, Klaviyo, and Owlet—and has consistently delivered results at scale across highly technical markets.

During her tenure at Klaviyo, Srinivasan oversaw nearly 3x ARR growth while scaling the marketing organization into a high-performance team spanning multiple continents. Most recently as CMO of Lightspeed, she helped fuel a 20% YoY revenue jump, helping drive the company’s first profitable quarter in two decades.
