Today, most retailers manage promotions through disparate systems, including mobile, point-of-sale, and ecommerce. The result – inconsistent pricing and promotion for consumers, leading to lost sales and brand loyalty. As consumer buying patterns continue to shift as a result of the pandemic and an increasingly digital world, retailers are reevaluating their marketing strategies to bring customers back and drive sales. Promotions must be more than simply generic price reductions, which is a race to the bottom. XCCommerce’s product suite, which allows retailers to execute multi-faceted and dynamic promotions across channels, is now more important than ever in today’s shopping environment.
“For over 15 years, XCCommerce has been serving an impressive roster of global retail brands with a solution suite critical to the creation and execution of advanced promotions to consumers across all sales channels.
