Summize Appoints Chief Revenue Officer and SVP of Customer Success to Scale Global Growth

New commercial and customer leadership additions strengthen go-to-market execution and enhance stellar customer support organization following recent $50 million growth investment

Summize, a leader in AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, announced the appointments of Christopher Picarde as chief revenue officer (CRO) and Mark Oshry as senior vice president of Customer Success, to be based out of the company’s Boston office. The executive leadership additions support Summize’s next phase of global growth, as demand continues for its approach to modern, AI-enabled contracting across legal and business teams.

Summize names new CRO and SVP of Customer Success following five consecutive years of 100% year-over-year growth and a $50 million funding round.

Both Picarde and Oshry joined Summize after it achieved five years of 100% year-over-year revenue and its recent $50 million fundraising round. Summize is quickly becoming the CLM of choice for midsize companies across all industries, including AMC Networks, FC Cincinnati, Eataly, Big Y Foods, Message Broadcast, Sigma Computing, and more. Summize helps legal and business teams create, manage and analyze contracts directly within the tools they already use, applying AI to improve speed, accuracy, and visibility across the contracting lifecycle.

As CRO, Picarde will lead Summize’s global revenue strategy, managing sales, partnerships and business development, helping the company capitalize on its large mid-market opportunities in North America and Europe. He brings more than a decade of experience leading and scaling global teams at Bigtincan and has been at the forefront of helping businesses apply AI-driven and digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.

“Summize is well-positioned to help organizations move beyond basic contract management and unlock meaningful business value from their agreements using AI,” said Picarde. “What drew me in was the strength and agility of the team and how quickly Summize has scaled while staying tightly aligned. My focus is building a global sales organization that preserves that momentum and drives long-term growth.”

“Summize has an incredible customer-focused culture and a closely aligned leadership team that is truly committed to driving innovation in the legal tech space,” said Oshry. “The team has created a product that customers genuinely value, and I look forward to working alongside everyone at Summize to help our customers achieve as much value as possible from their CLM deployments.”

Tom Dunlop, CEO and Co-founder of Summize, said, “Chris and Mark bring the commercial leadership and customer focus we need as more organizations rely on AI to turn contracts into actionable business intelligence levers. Our recent $50 million investment marks the start of the next chapter for Summize, and these senior hires were one of the first moves we made to bolster our leadership team in Boston. Both Chris and Mark embody the values that define our company culture, bringing a growth mindset, deep respect for others, drive for teamwork and a strong will to win to complement our existing team dynamics.”
