LHH Canada Appoints Tanya Gullison as Chief Revenue Officer

LHH Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Tanya Gullison as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With a strong track record in transformative leadership and strategic partnerships, Tanya will join LHH’s Canadian executive team in supporting the firm’s diverse client base as the nation prepares for the long-awaited economic recovery.

Tanya joins LHH from IBM, where she was a Partner of Talent and Transformation. Over the past six years, as corporations progressively responded to HR disruptions of an increasingly digitally driven workforce, Tanya worked closely with clients to transform their culture, people, work and skills. Her commitment to redefining change management and talent transformation has driven a heightened understanding of the effectiveness of transformational business strategies and operations.

Tanya’s previous career experience includes senior positions at Manulife, CIBC, Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Tanya has also been an active IBM Blue Core Coach since 2018, demonstrating effective leadership behaviors to help employees reach exponential growth. During her time at IBM, Tanya wrote extensively on HR disruption, promoting transformation across cognitive, digital and data eras of HR and addressing these to help businesses stay relevant. She holds an MBA from the University of New Brunswick.
