Inflow Appoints Ken Smith as New CEO

Inflow announced today that Ken Smith, former CEO of PeakView, and current Chief Strategy Officer at Inflow, has been appointed as CEO of Inflow. The transition accelerates Inflow’s expansion of advisory and technology services for contact center and unified communications technologies.

Inflow, an innovative provider of strategic advisory, consulting, and managed services for contact center and unified communications technologies, announced that Ken Smith has been appointed as the new CEO of the company. An experienced business leader, Ken Smith will succeed Travis Dillard and assume responsibilities starting July 1st. As the founder of Inflow Communications, Travis Dillard will be transitioning to an advisory role as a shareholder and board director on the Renovus Capital Partners team.

Ken co-founded and previously led PeakView, a cloud contact center consulting company that was recently acquired by Inflow. He has spent his career building and leading technology companies through record phases of growth and numerous business acquisitions. Ken is excited to step into this new role at Inflow to continue cultivating the company’s culture, employees and capabilities.
