CircleCI Appoints Judson Griffin as Chief Revenue Officer

New regional leadership hires include Adrian Shaw as General Manager of EMEA and Naobumi Umezawa as General Manager of JAPAC

CircleCI, a leading continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) platform, announced the appointment of Judson Griffin as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Griffin is joined by two regional leadership hires, Adrian Shaw, General Manager (GM) of EMEA and Naobumi Umezawa, GM of JAPAC, both responsible for driving customer adoption and expansion across these strategic regions.

  • Based in San Francisco, Judson Griffin joins CircleCI from Lattice as its CRO. Griffin brings over 20 years of sales and revenue leadership experience. He offers a deep understanding of the DevOps space from his time at Browser Stack, Intercom, and SAP. Griffin is responsible for leading CircleCI’s global revenue team.
  • Based in London, Adrian Shaw joins CircleCI from Splunk as its new GM of EMEA. Shaw brings more than 20 years of extensive sales leadership and a talent for building highly-engaged, collaborative, and customer-centric teams. Shaw is responsible for expansion in key EMEA markets.
  • Based in Tokyo, Naobumi Umezawa joins CircleCI from AWS Japan as GM of JAPAC. Umezawa brings over a decade of extensive sales and leadership knowledge in the region. Umezawa will be instrumental in helping CircleCI further expand its presence in the region.
