Amify CEO, Chris Mehrabi, will lead Cart.com’s Professional Services business as Chief Delivery Officer
Cart.com, a leading provider of unified commerce and logistics solutions that enable merchants to sell and fulfill wherever their customers are, today announced its acquisition of Amify, a fast-growing provider of Amazon optimization and advertising solutions. Amify’s full-service Amazon Seller capabilities and expert in-house team will expand Cart.com’s Marketplace Services offering and help meet accelerating demand from Cart.com’s growing roster of brands requiring omnichannel software, services and logistics.
Amify’s entire employee base, including its founder Ethan McAfee, will join Cart.com. Amify’s CEO Chris Mehrabi will now lead Cart.com’s Professional Services business as Chief Delivery Officer, reporting directly to Cart.com Founder and CEO Omair Tariq, and be responsible for delivery of the company’s growth marketing, customer engagement, marketplace services and store optimization solutions. Mehrabi brings two decades of experience in building and scaling high growth companies and a track record of helping DTC brands win in a fiercely competitive commerce landscape. The company’s COO, Christine McCambridge, will lead Cart.com’s Marketplace Services team, joining as VP, Marketplace Services Operations.
