Altimetrik, a leading digital business enablement company, announced the appointment of Bheem Adavikolanu as Chief Transformation Officer – United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, and Europe. Reporting to Chief Executive Officer Raj Sundaresan, Adavikolanu will focus on expanding the company’s presence across Europe through new and existing client relationships as enterprises implement their digital businesses initiatives.

Adavikolanu is a seasoned business executive with three decades of business and technology experience. Over his career, he has established a strong reputation from working with European customers across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Altimetrik, Bheem headed the European Business for Birlasoft from 2016 to 2021, growing the region to being over 13% of the global business during this period. Prior to Birlasoft, Bheem was the head of Wipro Technologies’ Manufacturing & Hi-tech Business Unit across Europe where he led and closed several large enterprise deals. Bheem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad and has completed executive courses from Stanford University and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
This announcement demonstrates Altimetrik’s commitment to expansion in Europe. Recently, the company announced the opening of a new development and engineering center in Poland as well as plans for initiating nearshore engineering capability from the Ukraine.
