Loucheur to lead AlertMedia’s global customer success organization as company accelerates expansion of emergency communication and threat intelligence services
AlertMedia, the world’s leading emergency communication provider, announced it has hired Elizabeth Loucheur as Chief Operating Officer. With an extensive background in customer success and product development, Loucheur will help drive AlertMedia’s growth strategy, scaling operational and functional capabilities across all teams while developing new services for AlertMedia’s global customer base.

Prior to AlertMedia, Loucheur was Chief Product Officer at Kazoo, an employee experience platform provider, where she led the team through a series of mergers and acquisitions while also completing a complete rebuild of the company’s core product. Loucheur also served as Vice President of Customer Success while at Kazoo, introducing a structured renewals process that drastically increased average contract length as well as a new revenue model with aggressive targets for lead generation, cross and up-sell, all of which were exceeded. Additionally, during her tenure in customer success, Kazoo reported an all-time high company NPS score and saw net retention of more than 100 percent.
Before Kazoo, Loucheur held several roles in marketing and business development, including as brand director of consumer marketing for FOX Sports and senior director of commercial business development for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). In each role, she was responsible for implementing new strategic initiatives to grow her respective business units, and while at UFC, scaled commercial development to more than $100 million in revenue.
