Televerde, the first and only fully integrated sales and marketing technology organization with a proven execution model for generating demand and accelerating sales, has named Toby Parrish as its chief operating officer. In his role as COO, Parrish will be responsible for the oversight of Televerde’s business operations and will help drive extensive and sustainable business growth. He will report to Chief Executive Officer Morag Lucey.

Parrish joins Televerde with nearly 25 years’ experience and a proven track record of helping companies rapidly scale their operations to reach new heights. He was most recently senior vice president of U.S. Operations and Global Strategy (North America and Latin America) for Empereon Marketing. Toby has also held operational leadership positions at Walt Disney Company, VXI Global Solutions, TDP Consulting, Equifax Secure and Epoch Internet.

Televerde recently issued the findings of a study conducted by Arizona State University’s Seidman Research Institute that review the economic, social and fiscal impact of Televerde and the Arouet Foundation’s prison workforce development program on individuals, families, and the state of Arizona. The results reveal that participants of Televerde’s prison workforce development program go on to attain employment, earnings, and education at higher rates and reoffend at significantly lower rates than other formerly incarcerated females in the United States.
