SysAid Is Again Recognized in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for IT Service Management Tools

SysAid, one of 10 vendors included in the report out of hundreds, was evaluated on completeness of vision and ability to execute

SysAid, a service automation company delivering software for organizations that want to get more done, announced that it has once again been positioned by Gartner as a Niche Player in the Magic Quadrant for IT Service Management Platforms.

When assessing vendors, Gartner looked at two key areas:

Completeness of Vision – Evaluation Criteria considered Market Understanding, Business Model, Innovation, Strategy including Marketing, Sales, Industry, Product and Geographic Strategy.
Ability to Execute – Evaluation Criteria included Product/Service, Overall Viability, Sales Execution/Pricing, Market Responsiveness/Record, Marketing Execution, Customer Experience and Operations.
