“SolutionMap 2.0 is about buying and selling procurement technology based on buyer needs,” says Spend Matters Founder Jason Busch. “We put the procurement technology vendors through the wringer during the review process. A typical vendor in one technology area, say eProcurement, now needs to complete self-scores and reasoning for 300-500 RFI requirements, then proof them through the demo process. For a suite provider the requirements run in the thousands. We went deeper to get more specific and objective around the information request.”
