PROS Named Winner in 2020 CRM Watchlist Award

Company Recognized for Sixth Year in a Row for Impact in CRM Space; Scores Highest in ‘Customer’ Category

PROS , a provider of AI-powered solutions that optimize selling in the digital economy, announced it was named a winner in the prestigious 2020 CRM Watchlist. Created by leading CRM thought leader and industry analyst Paul Greenberg, the award recognizes companies that had the most impact in the CRM market in 2019 and have the most promise for the future. PROS selection is its sixth CRM Watchlist recognition in a row, dating back to 2014, scoring highest in the ‘Customer’ category for its submission.

The winning organizations were selected from 66 participating CRM technology providers, of which 16 were named to the winners list. In evaluating the applications, Greenberg observed each organization over the course of an entire year to measure its industry and customer impact. Winners of the annual CRM Watchlist award were selected for exhibiting “a powerful force of influence and effect in either a global domain or a significant local domain that has global implications.”

“Your impact in a market is the basis for this award. If a company wins, it’s because they not only had an impact in the prior year, but that impact will be sustained for at least two or three more years,” said Paul Greenberg. “The company has to be well-rounded: it has financial stability, solid management, excellent products and services, superb culture, and a strong partner ecosystem to help sustain its efforts. It has to have a clear vision and mission, and clear-cut strategies for outreach to get external forces – customers, analysts, journalists, prospects, influencers, etc. – engaged.”
