Neustar Sells Its Registry Business to GoDaddy

Neustar, a global information services and technology company and leader in identity resolution, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with GoDaddy Inc.to sell its Registry business. The closing of the transaction is subject to applicable regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
