Innovis customers can now use FailSafe through Salesforce to identify suspicious behavior in consumer transactions and help improve user experience
Innovis announced it has launched FailSafe on Salesforce AppExchange, providing customers an enhanced user experience when verifying the presence of a true consumer in an interaction. FailSafe being listed on the AppExchange allows Innovis customers to quickly perform necessary identity checks right from within a consumer’s contact record, automating more of the customer service workflow.

FailSafe
FailSafe can be used in a variety of digital customer experiences, such as website, mobile app or IVR, and through its many layers, including behavioral-based indicators and phone hijacking detection, has proven effective in mitigating fraud while also providing a simple verification process for good consumers to complete.
