The first BigCommerce merchant to launch with the new service is Dana Rebecca Designs. Dana Gordon, CEO of Dana Rebecca Designs said, “We’re excited to be the first to take advantage of the BigCommerce & Happy Returns partnership.”
The new online service for BigCommerce merchants also features other advanced functionality including customizable return reasons, the dynamic display of return methods, comprehensive analytics and reporting across all major return channels, and access to Happy Returns’ newly upgraded customer service console for use by merchant CX teams.
Retailers that use BigCommerce to store order, transaction, and inventory data can also activate Happy Returns’ exchange functionality, including One-Click Exchanges. The feature dynamically suggests exchanges to shoppers based on the item being returned, the return reason, and item inventory. This feature is unique in the industry and has been shown to generate the highest exchange rates available. It may also be available to retailers using third-party order management systems, depending on the configuration.
