Domo announced it has been named an overall leader and received its seventh consecutive perfect recommendation score in Dresner Advisory Services’ 2023 Wisdom of Crowds ® Business Intelligence (BI) Market Study Customer Experience and Vendor Credibility Models.
Dresner Advisory Services’ 14th edition of this report provides a comprehensive look and broad assessment of the BI market. The report includes in-depth analyses of BI topics such as adoption and deployment, data leadership, organization budgets, data literacy and objectives and achievements. This year’s report found that out of 59 topics, data security, data quality and reporting are the top technologies and initiatives strategic to BI.
This year, Domo maintained a perfect recommendation score and is recognized as “best in class” in:

- ease of administration
In both the Customer Experience and Vendor Credibility models, Domo is an overall leader. The Customer Experience model considers the real-world experience of customers as they work with a vendor’s technology solution on a daily basis, plotting the various customer touch points against sentiment surrounding product and technology. The Vendor Credibility Model considers a vendor’s relationship with customers, plotting perceived value for price paid against a calculated “confidence” score.
