Crazy Train Fashions New B2B App For Dealer Buyers

Unbound Commerce is pleased announce the launch of a new business to business purchasing app for Crazy Train, a top wholesaler of boutique western wear. Apps were built and launched for both iOS and Android.

Texas-based Crazy Train wanted a better, faster connection to its wholesale buyers, allowing quick and easy mobile ordering. With multiple new product launches each month, they needed a way to send push notifications to buyers looking to add the newest styles to their stores.

According to Google, mobile influences or drives over 40% of B2B revenue for businesses and increases loyalty. Their study shows that a positive mobile experience is hugely important for B2B buyers. In fact, over 90% of B2B buyers reporting a superior mobile experience say they are likely to buy again from the same vendor compared with only about 50% of those reporting a poor mobile experience.

According to a 2020 B2B App report by Bugsnag, “90% of buyers are more likely to buy again from a vendor with an outstanding mobile experience… and 20% of customer’s time is saved through optimized checkout (i.e. no long forms), which improves conversion and yields a 300% improvement over mobile websites.”

A new push notification module allows Crazy Train to use the app to engage more-deeply with their best wholesale buyers, by announcing new arrivals.

“The app has been performing very well”, said Jentry Benke, Owner and Designer at Crazy Train Clothing. “We wanted to put mobile purchasing power into the hands of our buyers and provide a direct, deeply engaging tool for faster wholesale ordering. It’s working”, she added.

Unbound’s B2B app solution leverages and extends the current 3dcart data, wholesale pricing, product images, etc., into the apps. App orders placed flow back into the 3dcart system, and are tracked as app-specific purchases to allow for ROI calculations.
