This year’s virtual event offered hands-on training to help retailers be more competitive in today’s post-pandemic market
Celerant Technology, the #1-rated retail software provider for 2022, recently wrapped up its 2nd annual client conference, #ClientCon22, for retail businesses using its Cumulus Retail software solution. This year’s conference focused on helping retailers over-come inflation, inventory and staffing shortages, and sell more products in-store and online– in order to be more competitive in today’s post-pandemic world and in the upcoming year.
“The conference was very enlightening. It’s important that I attend every year so I can continue to learn and understand what the system is capable of; my favorite part is discovering all the new features coming out. Very good conference; we will definitely attend again.”
“For close to 20 years, we have been hosting client conferences for our enterprise software platform. Considering the tremendous value it brings our larger retailers, last year we decided to bring this benefit to our smaller retailers using our lighter solution,” stated Ian Goldman, President and CEO of Celerant Technology. “With current inflation and staffing shortages, this year’s conference was particularly important as we focused on how retailers can use our software to streamline their businesses and overcome these challenges.”
This year’s conference offered tracks dedicated to in-store and online retail, with training sessions on topics ranging from inventory management and order fulfillment, eCommerce and SEO, personalized email marketing, promotions and loyalty rewards, sales tax automation and much more. Retailers learned how to customize their point of sale to their needs, run a successful online business with a long-term SEO strategy, fulfill orders with BOPIS and Celerant’s curbside pickup app, expand sales with Celerant’s new mobile shopping apps, and save money with shipping integrations and live rate shopping tools. Celerant also introduced many new integrations to help retailers boost sales with in-store and online consumer financing, sell store inventory on major brand websites with local pick-up, and more.
