Aparavi Adds Matt Carpenter to Executive Team as New Vice President of Platform Success

Aparavi, a catalyst in data intelligence and automation software and services, announced that it has appointed Matt Carpenter to the newly created position of Vice President of Platform Success. In this role Carpenter will unify multiple teams dedicated to customer success and user experience. This includes solution architecture, support, QA, platform integrations, operations, and partnerships.

Carpenter is an 11-year veteran of Veeam, where he was one of the original solution engineers and served several strategic functions, including expanding the partner ecosystem, leading worldwide technical alliances, and more than two years as technical director on the Microsoft partnership, driving joint solutions and integrations.

Carpenter’s appointment is in line with Aparavi’s recently announced Early Access Program for its new Data Intelligence and Automation Platform. Carpenter’s mission at Aparavi is to lead and develop a cross-functional team focused on providing the best platform and customer experience. This includes building out a team of trusted advisors at Aparavi to guide customers and partners and to engage their feedback into the Aparavi development and innovation process, ensuring the platform evolution ties closely with customer present and future needs.
