After doubling its team to 30 in 2019, vFairs grew its headcount by more than 8x in 2020, with 200+ employees as of press time. The company now boasts employees in the US, Canada, Spain, UK, Australia, Singapore, UAE, Philippines, and Pakistan, with plans to expand its global footprint in 2021.

On the customer side, vFairs has now proudly delivered successful virtual events in more than 40 countries and 10 languages. Overall, the platform saw 50x demand generation compared to 2019, and is consistently ranked highly by customers across the spectrum of use cases. This includes industry-best ratings for customer support on technology review sites like Capterra.

The company celebrated a new milestone in late October with a spotlight on BBC’s report, “The Future of Conferences.” Muhammad Younas, CEO at vFairs, was interviewed and discussed the state of virtual events and projections for the year ahead. The feature marks the company’s largest press coverage, and gives the platform added momentum and visibility heading into the new year.

“I’ve been endlessly impressed and proud of the work that our team at vFairs has done, especially in this critical year of delivering timely solutions to organizations affected by the pandemic,” says Younas. “Speaking with BBC was a true honor and a testament to the work we’re doing, the results we’ve seen with our valued customers, and how far the virtual events industry has come and still has to go.”

Virtual events are evolving on a near-daily basis, and the space is projected to grow tenfold in the next decade. vFairs is working constantly to improve and expand its offerings based on customer feedback. Recent platform updates include integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce, a variety of new 3D designs (e.g. virtual lobbies), and self-service features that give added control to event organizers.
