“We are excited to get this integration into the market. Microsoft software and services are the foundation for many thriving companies and we’ve consistently heard from prospects that they rely on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales as their CRM provider,” said Manny Medina, Outreach Co-Founder, and CEO. “Sales teams succeed when they use trusted and powerful technologies to make their sales process more efficient. The combination of Outreach and Dynamics 365 Sales provides an opportunity for customers to experience immediate productivity and to fundamentally change how reps engage with their customers.”
Outreach and Microsoft have a close relationship. In addition to collaborating on this integration, Outreach also launched an integration with Microsoft Outlook. Through the integration, reps can easily pull content from templates, track opens, clicks and more, all while syncing the data back to Outreach. M12, Microsoft’s venture fund, has also been an active investor in Outreach since 2016. With Outreach’s 2019 Series E financing, the company is now valued at $1.1B, making it the most valuable company – and the only unicorn – in the sales engagement category.
