“push the envelope on ease of use”
“As global businesses continue to digitally transform at a rapid pace, video conferencing has proven to be an essential tool to keep distributed teams connected and engaged,” said Rob Scudiere, president and chief operating officer, Fuze. “At Fuze, we recognize the importance of innovation to push the boundaries of video conferencing and meet the ever-evolving needs of our enterprise customers. We believe that this placement in the report from Aragon Research reaffirms our mission to power more efficient and productive communications experiences across the enterprise.”
In March 2021, Fuze announced a series of enhancements to further expand its meeting experience, including one-click to join functionality across multiple providers, including Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, GoogleMeet, and GoToMeeting. With this new functionality, Fuze users can launch and join meetings, regardless of the provider, from within the Fuze platform. Fuze has also updated meetings to make collaborating with screen share easier and more effective. The latest meeting updates enable users to expand the viewing area for full screen viewing, personalize the viewing experience with new video layout options, and add and unlock video for complete layout flexibility. In addition, Fuze recently launched Fuze for Manufacturing, the first in a series of vertical market offerings to meet the growing demand for cloud-based communications across industries.

According to the report, authored by Aragon Research lead analyst Jim Lundy, Fuze’s identification as a Leader is partly attributed to “its overall capabilities in unified communications and collaboration” and its ability to “meet the needs of small and large enterprises for video meetings and the complete UCC portfolio.”2
The Aragon Research Globe graphically depicts a detailed evaluation of a specific market and its component vendors. Aragon Research examined several major providers in the video conferencing market based on its three dimensions of analysis: strategy, performance, and reach. “Leaders” are noted as having comprehensive strategies that align with industry direction and market demand, and perform effectively against those strategies. In April 2020, Fuze was also named a Leader for the fourth consecutive year in the Aragon Research Globe™ for Unified Communications and Collaboration report.
