iQor Wins 2022 Bronze Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service

Award Recognizes iQor’s Superior Training and Coaching

iQor has received a Bronze Stevie® Award in the category of Customer Service Training or Coaching Program of the Year (Other Service Industries) at the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on May 11.

The award recognizes iQor’s PeaQ Performance Qoaching (PPQ) 2.0 Workshop developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the rise in numbers of work-at-home employees. The workshop ensures leaders can continuously support and develop employees to accelerate performance in any work environment. Each module of PPQ 2.0 provides specific guidelines on coaching methods for work-at-home and work-in-office environments at all levels as well as structuring meetings to determine employee demeanor and reduce attrition.

The Stevie Awards is a global business awards program for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and industries in 51 countries were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals on eight judging committees.
