As of October 2022, Caroline Paranikas will be promoted to the Chief People Officer position at KUDO. Caroline started at KUDO in April 2021, when she joined the team as General Counsel and shortly after added Head of People to her title. Caroline has contributed to many initiatives to connect and support KUDO’s global team, including a compassionate leave program, virtual team events, hub gatherings, and bi-weekly all-hands, which were overwhelmingly accepted across each department. She’s also looking forward to launching the first women-led KUDO Employee Resource Group. After more than 20 years of global transactional experience, what drew Caroline to KUDO was the diverse and multi-cultural team standing behind the company’s strong mission.

Tzachi Levy started his journey with KUDO in August 2021 as VP of Products. In just a few months, Tzachi took ownership of KUDO’s engineering, created a unified and mission-focused technology team, and created agile working processes staying close to client and market needs. As he steps into the role of Chief Product Officer, he brings more than 25 years of experience in the tech world, helping companies like VIdyo, Avaya Video, RADVISION, and Excel Switching with product management and strategy.
