Former DocuSign executive to accelerate market leadership of Globality’s AI-powered Smart Sourcing Platform and Marketplace
Globality, the leading AI-powered digital solution for sourcing services, announced today that it has appointed Matt Malden as Chief Product Officer to lead the company’s Product and Design organization. Malden is a successful executive and entrepreneur, with experience building and scaling enterprise platforms at high-growth, market-leading technology companies.

Malden, with his track record of driving innovative technology, is joining Globality’s senior leadership team. He will be responsible for evolving the best-in-class, consumer-like interface, which uses cutting-edge AI technology to automate the demand creation, supplier identification, proposal evaluation and statement of work processes.

Previously, Malden was Chief Product Officer of Elementum, a cloud-based supply chain management company, where he oversaw product management, user experience, engineering and technology operations. He also served as Chief Product Officer of DocuSign during its period of rapid growth and scaling. He helped the electronic signature company refine its product roadmap and drive innovation to meet the needs of consumer, small-business and enterprise customers.
An accomplished innovator with 15 software design patents, Malden started his career as a software developer at Oracle before moving to product management at Siebel Systems. At Siebel, he helped define the CRM market and contributed to one of the great success stories in enterprise application software.
