- Natural language activation of voice-based support conversations leveraging IBM Watson Natural Language Understanding

- Text and Voice Q&A capabilities for Guide search using IBM Watson Speech-to-Text and IBM Watson Text-to-Speech
- Native integration of MyGuide chatbot inside browser extensions leveraging IBM Watson Assistant
- Back-end infrastructure for content handling in the flow of work
